No, all items are priced at the time of order. A price adjustment after the fact does not occur.

Yes, after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes a summary of your order and the delivery address.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received shortly after placing your order. The order number consists of 6 digits.

Shipping

Harvley offers free shipping to the United Kingdom.

Delivery within the UK takes 8 to 12 business days. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified. If possible, the item will be reordered, which may result in longer delivery times.

Orders at Harvley always include free shipping.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email to track your order. You can also track your order on our website. You can do this on this page.

If your shipping tracking is not yet displayed, it likely means your order has not been updated yet. When you receive your Track & Trace code, it may take up to 3 to 5 days to become visible. In most cases, it is updated within 1 day. If your information is still not updated after 5 days, please feel free to contact us: contact@harvley-shop.com

Haven’t received your order? That’s unfortunate! After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with your order number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your package. If you haven’t received this email or if the status of your package is unclear, please contact us at contact@harvley-shop.com.

Returns

Send an email to contact@harvley-shop.com within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know if you would like to return one or more products. After this period, we will no longer accept returns. We will send you the return form with further instructions.

No, Harvley does not cover the return shipping costs made by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.

If your ordered item is defective, please contact us and provide the following information:

A description of the issue with your product.

Photos and/or videos showing what is wrong with your product.

Your order number.

We will inspect the product. If we determine that the product is not in good condition, we will offer you one of the following options:

1. A full refund for the product.

2. A replacement product.

Once we receive product complaints, we will investigate the issue and ensure it does not happen again. We aim for high-quality and safe products and are always grateful to our customers when they bring issues to our attention.

Please make sure to submit your return within the 30-day period before the return window closes. After this period, we will no longer accept your return.
